Charpstin is dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality, security and accuracy of the personal information received about you. We generally receive information directly from the source or an authorized representative. We do limit the collection, use and disclosure of personal information to only what is necessary to enable us to provide the services that you request.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary and solely for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Except for any links to third parties websites, the website information is managed by the Charpstin office in Canada that is governed by the laws of Canada; you agreed to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts in the event of any conflicts.

While Charpstin continues to progress, change and grow as a company, if complete or partial ownership of the corporation changes, your personal information could be reassigned to the new ownership.

We will use safety measures to protect your personal information such as:

· Physical - (restricted access to and a locked office and filing cabinets)

· Technological - (passwords, encryptions, firewalls, and audits as needed) 

· Corporate Controls - (staff screening clearances and training, limiting access on a "need-to-know" basis, confidentiality agreements, policies and procedures)

To avoid unauthorized use of personal information no longer required, Charpstin will employ proper destruction and disposal methods.  Your personal information will never be sold, rented or leased to any third parties. Only employees or companies contracted to work with Charpstin can contact you via the personal information you provided.

At Charpstin we want to be transparent about the fact that we scrutinize all of our potential business partners and employees prior to entering into any type of business relationship. 

Our legal team has recommended that we perform 3rd party investigations on all our potential business partners. As a responsible company, it is our policy to make a good faith effort to confirm who our prospective business and international partners are, to be in compliance, should we be investigated or audited by our local authorities. 

We require specific information on all our prospective partners worldwide and potential employees. At a minimum, it is our policy to obtain from all our potential business partners such preliminary and basic information as (but is not limited to this list) the following:

· Full legal name of company wners/directors 

· Full legal name of individuals must be in their local language as well

· Full legal name of the company 

· Full legal name of the company must be in the local language as well

· The business registration number

· The business address

· Contact numbers

Regarding vetting our potential personnel, we investigate all of our candidates and any information provided in their curriculum Vitae/Resume. 

If you have any concerns regarding our vetting policy, we may not be the business partner or employer for you.
